Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DevPulse24 platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. DevPulse24 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Service

DevPulse24 is a decentralized token deployment platform built on the Solana blockchain. The Service provides tools for users to:

• Create and deploy SPL tokens on the Solana Mainnet
• Configure token metadata (name, symbol, description, logo)
• Manage token authorities (freeze, mint, update)
• Set up liquidity pools via Raydium integration
• Deploy tokens through BNB Chain-style distribution flows

DevPulse24 operates as a non-custodial platform. We never have access to, or control over, your funds, private keys, or tokens.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where the use of decentralized financial services is prohibited
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All transactions initiated through your wallet
• Ensuring that your token deployments comply with applicable laws
• The accuracy of all information you provide during token creation
• Any fees, taxes, or charges associated with your use of the Service

5. Fees and Payments

All transactions on the DevPulse24 platform require payment in SOL (Solana's native token). Fees include:

• Base deployment fee: 0.2 SOL per token launch
• Authority revoke fees: 0.1 SOL per revoke (freeze, mint, or update)
• Creator info fee: 0.1 SOL for custom creator metadata
• Social links fee: 0.1 SOL for adding social metadata
• Network fees: Standard Solana transaction fees apply

All fees are non-refundable once a transaction has been confirmed on the Solana blockchain.

6. Intellectual Property

The DevPulse24 platform, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. However:

• Tokens created through DevPulse24 are owned entirely by the creator
• DevPulse24 claims no ownership or rights over any tokens deployed via the Service
• Token creators are responsible for their own intellectual property compliance

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create tokens that facilitate fraud, scams, or illegal activities
• Impersonate individuals, brands, or organizations without authorization
• Deploy tokens that violate applicable securities laws or regulations
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the platform or blockchain
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or price pumping schemes
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content through token metadata

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DevPulse24 does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• The security, reliability, or performance of the Solana blockchain
• The success, value, or trading volume of any deployed token
• That tokens created through the Service will meet any specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevPulse24 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, tokens, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall DevPulse24's total liability exceed the fees you paid to DevPulse24 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DevPulse24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Service

DevPulse24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
